I dont understand the logic behind conducting FMS , GBO and MFC entrance exams. All three exams are for admissions to management programmes conducted by Delhi University. And to top it, number of seats per exam is not more than 60. Wouldnt it be logical to conduct one exam efficiently instead of conducting them separately?
FMS 2008 pattern : what to expect
FMS 2008 happens to be the last serious management exam in this season. Yes, NMAT sectrol 2008 and CET 2008 are still pending but stakes are just not the same. Problem with FMS is that there is lot of ambiguity surrounding FMS 2008's pattern. There will be four sections in the exam and 50 percentile is the minimum one requires. These four sections can be anything RC, QA, LR and DI or RC, QA. LR/DI and General Awareness. What this means is that whatever Mock papers you have are basically useless because all FMS mock papers are essentially based on FMS 2005 / FMS 2006. Main difference between available Mock papers and expected FMS 2008 pattern is sectional cutoffs. FMS 2006 and FMS 2007 had no sectional segregation, which basically presented an amazing opportunity to maximise scores. But, things will be different in FMS 2008.
FMS 2008 : last minute revision
Historically, FMS as an entrance exam has been evolving into a average level exam with moderately tough quant section. There is a lot of focus on algebra. Other main quant topics include a few questions from Advanced algebra ( integration and differentiation) and arithmetic. RC passages are lengthy but are of average difficulty level. At this stage, there is not much one can do about RC but there is a cheat sheet attached with this post which would be helpful in revising advanced algebra concepts.

Princeton FMS Mock paper : 165 questions divided in three sections.
Bulls Eye FMS Mock paper : 175 questions.
